Heavy flames prevented neighbors from entering a home to help rescue a man Saturday.
The fire in the Belair-Edison neighborhood has been deemed suspicious, according to WJZ..
"I can hear him hollering. I can hear him hollering and screaming. I'm like, 'Come on out. Come on out,'" a neighbor told reporters. "It was sad. Like, you couldn't do nothing. You really couldn't do anything. I couldn't do anything."
Crews were on the scene for several hours as the fire marshal dug through debris.
The medical examiner will determine the cause of death.
